About this file

This document is an amendment to a request for quotation providing answers to questions from potential offerors regarding fire alarm maintenance services. The scope of work includes quarterly inspections of waterflow and tamper switches as well as semi-annual inspections of the fire alarm control panel, central station reporting, and remote power supplies at the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System located in California. Services are also required for six-year damper testing with photo documentation and containment booths in patient care areas. The amendment clarifies that remote panels, not fire control power supplies, number sixty-six on site. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by July 7, 2023 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
