1Thank you for the email. I wonder if it is possible to get a week extension on this? I will be in corporate meetings all next week and it will hinder my ability to work on this with my full attention and I want to make sure we do our best for you and the facility. If the time line really needs to be met my team and I will find a way to get it done. The deadline for offers will be extended to Friday, April 1, 2022 @ 1:00PM PDT.
2Is it expected that the vendor complete the Attachment E (Mandatory Training for VA Contractor Personnel) prior to award? If so, specifically which vendor employees (by generalized role) should complete before and after award? No, the mandatory training does not need to be completed prior to the contract award. The training needs to be completed before onsite visits by any contractor personel that will require to be physically onsite at the VA facilities for installation/implementation purposes.
