Healthcare Systems.

1. Question – Can the Prime use past performance of a subcontractor and if so will it be weighed the same in evaluations of the proposals?

Answer – As stated in the solicitation, the specialized experience special standards of responsibility may be met by Offeror’s proposed subcontractor(s) possessing this experience. If Offeror intends to satisfy a requirement through use of a proposed subcontractor(s), Offeror must provide this information for each proposed subcontractor and Offeror must identify what work will be performed by each proposed subcontractor and what work will be performed by Offeror.

2. Question – Section B.3 Statement of Work paragraph 3.4 states: Contractor shall arrive at a VA facility within 8 hours for emergency service calls and be able to provide enough staff to completely evaluate, train, and fit-test 150 VA staff within 2 days. Does this requirement extend to all locations simultaneously or one location at a time?

Answer – The contractor shall only be required to satisfy this requirement for one location at a time.

3. Question – Would the contracting office consider turning this requirement into a

SDVOSB set aside?

Answer – This procurement had previously been solicited as an SDVOSB set-aside as

RFP 36C26221R0095 and no responses were received, therefore it will remain a small business set-aside.
