About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for preventive maintenance services for Varian radiation therapy equipment owned by the Department of Veterans Affairs VA Long Beach Healthcare System and VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
The amendment updates the statement of work to clarify that hardware and software updates provided under the contract are to include updates and not upgrades. Preventive maintenance is required for a TrueBeam, Clinac Trilogy, RPM, and various Aria/Eclipse systems at the Long Beach location, and a TrueBeam, Clinac 21EX, Novalis TX, linear accelerator room components, and various Aria/Eclipse systems at the Greater Los Angeles location. Services include telephone support, parts, updates and training, on-site labor response within four hours, and a 97% uptime guarantee. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by the date specified in the solicitation.
