1
According to the solicitation, the billing is based on Guard I DOL rate which is about $13.15 an hour. We have found in CA that an unarmed security guard will work for a minimum of $16.00 based on our previous experience in CA. Will the solicitation billing be changed to Guard II DOL rate?
