The agreement includes repair parts, labor, and travel costs, with pre-approved service authorization eliminating the need for separate purchase orders. The equipment has varying warranty coverage - five years for mechanical and optical components, one year for electrical components from Nikon, with third-party products covered under their respective manufacturers' warranties.
