Wanderguard System for VA Northern California Healthcare System (VACCHCS)

RFQ 36C26124Q0500 Questions and Answers:

1. Question: In the work statement, it says “parts, Labor, and Travel for PM are provided at no additional cost” but there is no list of what equipment and quantities are installed.

It also says unscheduled corrective Service parts are provided at no additional cost. How are we supposed to know what parts to include, or can we just provide a percentage off MSRP for the contract?

Answer: An attachment titled, “19075 ‐ Patient Elopement Asbuilds”, has been added to the SAM.gov posting. This attachment outlines the mapping and components of the installed system. With the components of the system identified, the option to provide a percentage off MSRP for the contract is not accepted.

2. Question: I trust this message finds you well. Upon careful examination of the solicitation document of the mentioned opportunity, we have noticed discrepancies in the due date and due time provided.

To ensure clarity, could you please confirm which due date and time is the accurate one?

Answer: The SAM.gov posting and the PDF due dates match, stating April 26, 2024 at 4:00 PM

PDT.
