Question #1 Are the annual water management plans able to be conducted virtually/ remotely or onsite?
Answer #1 Yes this can be accomplished virtually “if needed”.
What is needed is for water testing and to receive the results. If the potential contractor needs to do an annual review the ensure VA standards are being met or to inform us of new testing requirements, that’s fine and we would of course accommodate.
