Questions & Answers

1. Is there an incumbent contract with a more or less equivalent statement of work? Can you provide Annual dollar amount of incumbent contract?

The services for this requirement were previously procured under VA261-16-C-0048 for a period of performance of a base year plus four option years for a total contract value of $385,000.00.

2. The statement of work specifies minimum 6-8 hours on-site presence on a weekly basis. Would the site be open to alternative arrangement of either monthly or bi-weekly on-site presence of 2-4 consecutive days?

It has to be weekly. We need Radiation Safety Officer on site weekly to review weekly quality control of radioactive material, xray fluoroscopy and equipment.

The contractor needs to available to be on site within 4 hours in case of emergency per contract. By having weekly presence, it decreases the likely hood of emergency response.
