1. Do you have preferred staffing ratio in each of the location or do you want even numbers of stuffs in each location?
Vacancies vary on each division. The contractor is expected to provide temporary workers to fill these vacancies temporarily.
2. I understand this is set fixed number of hours per year. Do you want 14.5 Hours (5:00 AM to 7:30 P.M ) covered throughout the day without gap of break in between by different stuffs?
Vacancies can either be part-time (6:00am to 10:00am OR 3:30pm to 7:30pm) or full-time (5:30am to 2:00pm OR 11:00am to 7:30pm) positions with appropriate break hours.
3. I've noticed that there is 29 days in year 2020 Feb and the yearly basis is actually 366 days not 365 days. Would you want the all 366 days covered?
Yes, vacancies need to be covered regardless of the number of days in a year.
4. If you would like 366 days covered with 14.5 Hours each day, that will average equal to 73.44 Hours total for all three locations. How would you like the divide that by each locations?
Vacancies and hours will vary by each division.
5. Do all positions fall under DOL code 07130- Food Service Worker $12.88
