DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM OR INFORMATION BEING

REQUESTED

1. What is the level of finish 1-5 for sheet rock repairs? Level 5

2. Can you provide a count of wood doors and the number of steel doors?

• Module 1 – (1) wood, (11) steel

• Module 2 – (26) wood

• Module 3 – (8) wood, (5) steel

3. Mod space 3 has new wooden doors with an already approved finish. Do you still want these doors removed and lacquered? No, not reflected in answer 2.

4. Some of the walls have what looks to be a wall covering of some sort. We would like to see if the requirement to remove wall covering can be deleted from the scope?

Removing wall covering will be very time consuming and cause damage to existing sheet rock beyond just a skim coat. Will require removal and new sheet rock installed.

No need to remove wallcovering if you can still achieve a level 5 finish.

5. Scope indicates that the number of days to accomplish each phase is Friday and Saturdays. Can that be changed to read to include Saturday and Sunday for a total of 4 working days per phase instead of two days. Based on the comments we will expand the hours of work as follows:

• 3 – 11 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. Saturday

• 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. Friday – No odor and dust producing work.
