About this file
This is Amendment 0003 to Solicitation 36C26026Q1019, issued by the Network Contracting Office 20 (VA4CONT) located in Vancouver, Washington. The amendment addresses clarifications to a Statement of Work (SOW) for gutter, downspout, and roof drain cleaning and maintenance services at the VA Medical Center Boise and the adjoining Mountain Cove Campus.
The amendment provides answers to three key questions submitted by offerors. First, it clarifies that the buildings with roof drains are identified in a provided list (buildings numbered 1, 4, 6, 8, 21, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 33, 34, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 66, 67, 71, 72, 77, 79, 82, 85, 88, 106, 107, 109, 110, 114, 115, 116, 117, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 127, T110, T111, T112, T113, T122, T123, and T124), and that connecting corridors between buildings 27, 67, and 85 contain 5 roof drains. Second, it confirms that the total contract duration is 60 months, consisting of a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option years, with an additional 6-month extension available if needed. Third, it specifies that invoicing occurs upon successful completion of semiannual cleaning services conducted in November and June. The principal NAICS code is 562998 (All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services), and the product/service code is Z1DZ (Maintenance of Other Hospital Build). Each contract line item specifies a quantity of 2.00 job orders (jb).
