About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued as Amendment 0001 on March 31, 2026, for solicitation 36C26026Q0469 administered by the Network Contracting Office 20 in Vancouver, Washington. The amendment serves to answer vendor questions regarding a street sweeper acquisition for the Vancouver VA Medical Center (VAMC).
The vendor questions and answers clarify key requirements: only new items covered by manufacturer's warranty are acceptable (refurbished or used units are not permitted); responses must be submitted via email to amber.whisenhunt1@va.gov; the 90-day delivery requirement is flexible and vendors should indicate their approximate delivery timeframe; operator training must be conducted onsite at time of delivery with no specific duration or format requirements; warranty coverage must be a minimum of one year, preferably two years; and delivery is restricted to Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific time. The amendment extends the offer receipt deadline and requires offerors to acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the specified deadline through completion of the form, acknowledgment on copies of the offer, or separate written communication referencing both the solicitation and amendment numbers.

Vendor Questions Street Sweeper Vancouver VAMC
1. Would the VA consider a refurbished or low-hour used sweeper?
The VA only accepts new items covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Where do responses to the RFQ need to be sent?
Please email all responses to the RFQ to my email address, amber.whisenhunt1@va.gov.
3. Is the 90-day delivery requirement firm, or will extended lead times be considered if current industry availability exceeds that window?
