About this file

This document is an Amendment to Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) for Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26025Q0738, specifically addressing a systematic review project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The amendment includes a series of questions and answers related to conducting systematic literature reviews on five specific topics: PTSD, cannabis use in pregnancy, epidemiology of cannabis use disorder, treatment of cannabis use disorder, and cannabis and mood disorders.

Key details include the scope of the systematic reviews, which will have no geographic limitations and will focus on English-language literature. The contractor is expected to develop search strategies from scratch, utilizing databases like PubMed, Embase, and PsycINFO. Additional requirements involve posting reviews to the STEM website in a format similar to existing reviews, with potential flexibility to assist in developing conference presentations and journal manuscripts depending on the specific topic. The VA will only provide previously available review materials that are already published on their website.
