The scope of work requires performing emission tests on three boilers in Building 3 to determine compliance with Southwest Clean Air Agency (SWCAA) permit 19-3332 and 40 CFR 60, including three runs each of volumetric flow rate testing, O2/CO2/NOx/CO testing, water vapor testing, and TC calibration per EPA standards. These tests are required every 5 years to maintain operating permits for the boilers, which provide steam for laundry operations, sterile processing, and hot water to 5 buildings.
The notice uses NAICS code 238220 with a 500-employee size standard and is seeking responses from potential contractors, particularly Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Interested vendors must provide company information, socioeconomic status, and capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements while adhering to VAAR 852.219-73 limitations on subcontracting.
