This is Amendment 0001 to RFQ 36C26025Q0250, issued by the VA Network Contracting Office 20 in Vancouver, WA, providing answers to bidder questions about courier services for specimen and pharmacy parcel transport.

The amendment clarifies that pickups can occur any time during regular business hours Monday-Friday, with no special handling or refrigeration required. Specimens average 15 transports per month and pharmacy parcels average 3 per month, with packages weighing less than 1 pound and measuring 6.5" x 3.625" x 2.5".
