About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) addendum for Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26025Q0247 for Wastewater Disposal Services for Shower Trailers issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 20. The Q&A provides critical operational details about the service requirements, including confirmation that the shower trailers are VA-owned, currently serviced by a local provider using a P-card, and require a formal contract for ongoing waste pumping services.
Specific details from the Q&A reveal the shower trailers are single-unit configurations with one toilet and one shower head, located adjacent to each other. The waste tanks are above ground, and a garden hose is available on-site for cleaning. The incumbent contractor is currently providing weekly services, and the procurement is transitioning from a P-card arrangement to a formal contract to ensure consistent waste disposal service. The solicitation number is 36C26025Q0247, and the service appears to be for a base period with two additional option periods.
