(The total numbers of guards is not adding up to 10)
A18. The total guards, including supervisor, at any given time should be 9 guards total.
An additional guard was added in case of turnover, bringing the total to 10 individual the Government will reimburse per year. The Government will only pay for the number of individuals actually hired, up to 10 per year.
Q19. Page 6, item number 0005, I am not understanding the 20.00 under the quantity column and the selection of $500 or $10,000. It is retention pay after 6 months. The 20.00 is confusing me since Page 5, I believe says 10.00 under the quantity column.
A19. The Government will reimburse retention pay every 6 months for up to 10 individuals per year. 10 individuals x 2 per year (every 6 months) = up to 20 retention pay reimbursements per year. See PWS 13.d. for more information.
Q20. Is this a new contract? If not, who is the incumbent?
A20. See Q&A 1-2.
