Statement of Work
Alaska VA Healthcare System
Camera Addition Pharmacy/DOM
Scope:
The Alaska VA Healthcare System requires additional cameras within the Pharmacy and Camera licenses. The Alaska VA operates on an Avigilon CCTV system. The pharmacy has additional counting stations, refrigerators, and entry points where cameras need to provide coverage. The Domiciliary is looking to add a women’s health section, which requires a dedicated camera. A previous contract did not include camera licenses for the added cameras, rendering the new cameras useless until the licenses are available.
· For the Pharmacy, the vendor will provide, install, program, and test 6 new Avigilon IP cameras in the pharmacy of the main VA hospital.
All work areas are drop tile. All cable runs are to be pulled to the 2nd-floor IT room, where the main servers and PoE switches are.
· For the Domiciliary, the vendor will install 1 new Avigilon IP camera in the hallway of the Domiciliary building. All cable runs are to be pulled to the 2nd-floor IT room, where the main server and PoE switch is located. The vendor is to supply and install 1 new IP license for the new camera.
· There will be 16 additional Avigilon IP camera licenses provided by the vendor.
