About this file
This document provides an amendment to a combined synopsis and solicitation notice for security guard services. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking security guard services for its Mat-Su Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Alaska on a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside basis. The incumbent contractor is DRS Services, Inc. under contract number 36C26022P0706 valued at $42,204. The amendment updates the performance work statement to require security guard licensing from the State of Alaska within 90 days of award for new hires and rehires, and allows interim work while license applications are processed. Questions and answers identify this as a follow-on requirement and provide the incumbent and prior contract details. The point of contact is Danielle Carrico of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
