N 238220 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 20 1495 Wilmington Drive, Suite 360 DuPont WA 98327 Jennifer Robles jennifer.robles1@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Walla Walla VA Medical Center (WWVAMC), located at 77 Wainwright Drive, Walla Walla, WA 99362-3975, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a single source through A-1 Plumbing and Emergency Rooter for the emergency replacement of a hydronic pump. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $11.0 M. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide immediate emergency replacement of a hydronic pump located in Walla Walla, WA. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm (PST) on February 25, 2020. All responses must be e-mailed to jennifer.robles1@va.gov.
