The government seeks to procure, configure, and deploy seven (7) fully-equipped radiology reading workstations for the VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System (F.O.B. Destination delivery). Each workstation requires an HP Z2 TWR G9 RCTO tower with Intel Core i7-14700K vPro processor, 32GB DDR5 ECC memory, and NVIDIA RTX A4000 16GB graphics card; a 31.5-inch 8MP high-brightness color LED reading monitor meeting American College of Radiology standards for primary diagnostic interpretation; a 23.8-inch FHD IPS side monitor; and a 1500 VA/900W UPS unit. All components must match existing teleradiology stations for interchangeability and include remote installation, training, and five-year warranties with advance hot-swap support. This is a 100% small business set-aside (Brand Name or Equal) with NAICS code 334111 and a $2.25 million size standard. The government will award on an all-or-nothing basis to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous considering technical capability and price, with evaluation factors weighted toward meeting technical requirements before price consideration. Offerors must submit two volumes: Volume I addressing technical capability and quality to meet requirements, and Volume II providing pricing for the seven units.

DESCRIPTION

Description Teleradiology stations which consist of a computer tower, large radiology specific double screen reading monitor (31.5"), plus side monitor (23.8" FHD IPS) and UPS units at each station to ensure surge protection. These are specifically built computers and monitors for radiologists to use in primary diagnostic interpretation all types of radiology exams, as well as viewing the patient electronic health record, and completion of other administrative tasks.

Scope of Objective Procure, configure, and deploy seven (7) radiology reading workstations with associated hardware, software, calibration, reading monitors, side monitors and UPS units, in alignment with VA radiology specific requirements and American College of Radiology (ACR) monitor requirements for primary diagnostic interpretation (including mammography). Vendor must have responsive and robust customer support in case of downtime emergency or as needed for trouble shooting. Each station will enable a radiologist to complete their work remotely off site. Being remote and more challenging to update/repair they need to match exactly our existing teleradiology stations so they can be swapped out with existing stations as needed for service.
