The solution must support AATB, FDA, and Joint Commission compliance, maintain electronic chain-of-custody documentation, provide user-specific access tracking with audit trails, include battery backup and remote monitoring capabilities, and achieve near 100% read accuracy. Responders must provide Buy American Act compliance percentages, delivery timelines, and pricing structure information (Firm-Fixed Price, FSS/GSA availability, or mixed).
