About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) related to a VA Medical Center project in Sheridan, Wyoming. The pre-solicitation notice is set aside exclusively for Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms and seeks architectural-engineering services to install an expansion joint at the tramway junction connecting to Building 61. The project involves designing structural repairs for a nearly 90-year-old tramway corridor that has experienced cracking and structural weakening due to seasonal frost heave and steam pipe installations. Key submission requirements include completing SF-330 Parts I and II, with submissions due by 1:00 PM Mountain Time on September 11, 2025, to Sylwia.Zak@va.gov. The RFI document also addresses administrative details such as page limitations for proposal responses and clarifies that certain attachments like the S22 form will not count against page limits.

Text version

· Page 6 of the solicitation notes “Offerors to submit a signed S22 attached and Self performance attachment and evidence showing commitment to using Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Small Business firms/teams previously used on projects submitted in Criterion 2.” However, no such attachment was provided. Will the government be providing that attachment? The necessary document S22 is attached.

· Additionally, given the requirements for seven (7) one-page resumes, five (5) projects, other required pages of the SF330 (section A,B, C, D, and G), and part 2s, we request the page limitation be increased to 40 pages to allow for offerors to respond to the section H criterions adequately. Unfortunately, we cannot increase the page number.

· Lastly, we request that the S22 attachment not be included in the page count. That’s fine.
