About this file
This document is an Amendment to a Previous Combined Solicitation for a Music Therapy contract issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 in support of the VA Eastern Colorado Healthcare System.
The amendment provides responses to questions regarding the incumbent provider, contract number, estimated hours per week, service locations, government-furnished equipment, and performance monitoring. It also removes certain tasks related to the National Veterans' Creative Arts Festival. The solicitation is a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 611610 (Fine Arts Schools) and seeks quotes for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The pricing schedule includes requirements for Life Skills/Outpatient, Mental Health, Spinal Cord Injury, and Valor Point locations. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the government based on technical capability, price, and past performance.
