X THe purpose of this amendment is to answer questions and add a CLIN for Emergency/After-hours On-call maintenance.

1. Can you provide a list (i.e., type – aboveground vs. underground, size, and fuel type) of the tanks requiring:

a. Monthly inspection

b. Annual and Triennial Inspections

c. Fuel sampling and polishing

-We have 4 50,000 gal underground fuel tanks with #2 diesel fuel.

Each tank is inspected every month for survivability and checked for leaks.

Annual inspection: fuel samples are taken and tested for quality of the fuel, tanks are inspected for leak, tank sensors are tested, and all other components of the tank system is inspected.

RMR has 4 fuel polishers that was installed during construction. These polishers have never worked correctly. Our requirement is to have the fuel polished annually.
