Answer: Yes, the recording server and device licenses is required.
Question 2: What VMS is currently in use and will these cameras be added to it?
Answer: Currently, there is not a Video Motoring System in place.
Question 3: What is the necessary retention, resolution, and frame rate for recorded video?
Answer: The camera specifications can be found in the Attachment 1: SOW document within 5.2.1.1 and 5.2.1.2.
· One (1) Fixed 2.8-12mm Network Camera: Network indoor vandal dome camera, 2MP, Full HD(1080p) @60fps, motorized vari-focal lens 4.3x (2.8~12mm) (119.5°~27.9°), triple codec H.265/H.264/MJPEG with WiseStream II technology, 150dB WDR, USB port for easy installation, advanced video analytics and sound classification, true D/N, dual SD card, hallway view, HLC, defog detection, DIS, 12VDC/PoE, IK08
· One (1) Fixed 2.8-12mm Network IR Camera: Network IR outdoor vandal dome camera, 2MP, Full HD(1080p) @60fps, motorized vari-focal lens 4.3x (2.8~12m (119.5°~27.9°), triple codec H.265/H.264/MJPEG with WiseStream II technology, 150dB WDR, USB port for easy installation, advanced video analytics and sound classification, high powered IR LEDs range of 164', true D/N, dual SD card, hallway view HLC, defog detection, DIS, 12VDC/24VAC/PoE, IP67, IK10, Nema 4X, -40°C ~ +55°C (-40°F ~ +131°F)
Question 4: Do we need to charge you sales tax on this project?
Answer: No, you are not required to charge the VA sales tax. If you are going to charge a sales tax, it should be part of the “Destination” price.
Question 5: Can you please clarify if this is OSHA 30 /10 certifications that needs to be submitted with the proposal or something else?
Answer: OSHA 10-hour certification, is needed to be submitted with your quote.
Question 6: Is a client machine or other device be used to display the video from the cameras?
Answer: It will be viewable through CCure 9000 existing site security software.
Question 7: What is the OS and SQL that is currently being ran at the site?
Answer: The general OS software the SEC2 Server is using is MS SQL 2012 R2.
Question 8: As for the video integration, what video platform is being used for the camera system?
Answer: Currently, there is no video platform being used for camera system. The integration to the CCure 9000 will occur after the security cameras are installed.
