B.2 STATEMENT OF WORK

FY2020 Electrical Inspection and Correction

1. Background The Cheyenne Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) was established in 1934 and serves Veterans residing in Wyoming, western Nebraska, and northern Colorado. The last electrical inspection and correction for the Cheyenne VAMC campus was completed in 2017. This inspection is required every three years and must be performed in accordance with VHA Directive 1028 - Electrical Power Distribution Systems, dated July 25, 2014 or its replacement.

2. Project Objective Complete an electrical inspection, identifying items that need to be corrected or components that need to be replaced due to life safety issues or degraded condition of equipment. Deliverables will include a list of equipment and its current condition and a prioritized list of items that need to be corrected. This will serve as the triennial electrical inspection for the Cheyenne VA campus.
