About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPO-W) for market research purposes. The VA is seeking information on potential vendors capable of providing a Brand Name or Equal Patient Lift to support the North Texas Healthcare System located in Dallas, Texas. The solicitation number is 36C25726Q0802 with a product service code of 6515 and NAICS code 339112. Responses must be submitted by July 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM Central Time to Contract Specialist Lesley Kitchen at lesley.kitchen@va.gov. The VA explicitly states this notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a binding solicitation.
Interested vendors must provide detailed business information including company name, address, point of contact details, SAM UID number, business size classification (Small or Large), business type designation (such as SDVOSB, VOSB, 8A, HUBZone, or WOSB), and estimated market research pricing. Vendors with existing GSA Federal Supply Schedule or VA contracts should include those contract details. Authorization letters from Original Equipment Manufacturers confirming the vendor's status as an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller are required if applicable. The VA is particularly interested in identifying Small Business vendors capable of providing this service at fair and reasonable pricing, as this information will determine the procurement strategy for the future formal solicitation, including whether a Small Business set-aside will be implemented.
