QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES
Question: Are CT Technologists going to need Applications Training on the CT scanner? If so, how many Technologists will need to be trained and how many days of applications training will be required?
Response: There will be a maximum of three (3) [most likely two (2)] technologists that will be tasked with operating the equipment. Applications training for three days should be sufficient for the CT personnel on-site. The costs of technologist training(s) (SOW, paragraph 4, k.) is/are to be included with the monthly lease charges.
Question: Can the mobile CT be left at the facility during weekend days?
Response: Yes, the trailer will be located on the grounds, and unless the CT/trailer needs to be removed/replaced, should not be moved for the duration of the contract.
Question: Do you have a concrete or asphalt pad compatible of accommodating an 8.5’ X 48’ mobile CT trailer?
Response: The facility can accommodate the requirements of the trailer. The trailer will be sitting on a concrete pad.
Question: Do you have shore power to accommodate 480v AC, 3-phase, fused 150 amps, 60 hertz with a specified Russell-Stoll # DS2504FRAB0 receptacle, and phone/data line connections?
Response: The existing electric connection point appears to have the referenced receptacle connected. The GE safety switch panel states 200 amp 600v. AC max. HP 150. (See photos added below)
Question: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract, or if there is/was an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you provide the current/previous contract number?
Response: The services are currently being performed under order # 36C25724P0252.
