Questions and Answers:

1. The price cost schedule identifies lodging accommodations for 8 occupants for a total of 990 nights during October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. How many nights are allocated for each occupant that totals 990 nights?

Response: It will be the 1st of every month thru the 30/31st of each month. See Attachment D.2 of the solicitation for schedule of residents.

2. Can you provide the specific dates of occupancy for each occupant?

Response: See Attachment D.2 of the solicitation for schedule of residents.

3. Will you provide a tax exemption certificate to the awarded vendor for lodging?

Response: Tax exemption will be provided. The Federal Government/VA does not pay state/Federal taxes.

4. Attachment D.2, titled “Schedule of Resident Rotation” indicates shaded areas that total 990 nights however it represents more 8 occupants which is different from the number of occupants stated on the price cost schedule, can you explain?

Response: For Waco Residency, it will be 6 Residents for sure, and later on in the year, two new Residents that have graduated will come on-board to begin their training. Each row is one resident and the shaded areas are the months they are expected to need rooms.
