An Offeror may be awarded multiple stations, but no station shall be supported by more than one Offeror. (A station is indicated by the Station ID in the table 1.4.) Offerors shall propose the number of Options needed to provide services at each station according to the station patient demand. An Offeror may be awarded multiple stations, but no station shall be supported by more than one Offeror.

1.4 PRICING SCHEDULE: The Contractor shall provide optician services at the fixed hourly rate based on (1FTE = 2080 Hours) prices listed in the Schedule of Supplies/Services. The unit price for ALL CLINs must be all-inclusive of all services, labor, and travel required, as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated quantities included for each line item in the Price Schedule do not include projected increases or decreases over the life of the contract but are instead representative of VISN 17’s estimated patients daily usage rate VISN 17’s usage data for each line item was totaled by number of consults sent to the optician by the eye clinic and daily patient walk-ins to yield a daily average.
