About this file
This document contains technical questions and answers related to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a ScrubEx Service Agreement at the Harlingen Health Care Center in Harlingen, TX. The RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and is being solicited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17. The RFQ states that the government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. Key details include: there are currently 6 ScrubEx machines located at the Harlingen Health Care Center, which were initially installed less than a year ago and are expected to function for 5-10 more years; the previous vendor was L1 Enterprises, but there are no existing service history records; the scope of work includes unlimited parts, labor, and phone support under the fixed-rate yearly service agreement; and the intent is for the technician to perform only the annual preventative maintenance visit, with no additional routine checks required. Offerors are instructed to submit technical questions by 06/11/2024 and offers by 06/17/2024.
