About this file

This document contains an amendment to a federal solicitation for roof replacement services. The solicitation is for replacing the roof on Building 69 at the VA Dallas Medical Center campus. Key details include extending the quote submission deadline to March 4, 2024 at 5:00 PM CDT. The amendment also provides answers to contractor questions, an updated statement of work detailing project requirements, and sign-in sheets from pre-bid site visits. Services required include removing the existing roof, installing new underlayment, decking if needed, flashing, shingles, gutters and painting. The project is to be completed within 90 calendar days of award. The solicitation is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and is contingent upon available appropriated funds.
