The CPRR program includes equipment rental, equipment maintenance services, and all consumables (reagents, controls, calibrators) necessary to operate the equipment. The CPRR program will be administered at two (2) South Texas Veterans Healthcare System locations: Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in San Antonio, Texas and Kerrville VA Medical Center in Kerrville, Texas.

See attached spreadsheet for all items included in this notice. All pricing TBD.

The proposed sole source procurement will be made by a pricing agreement with Beckman Coulter, based upon pricing from their VA NAC FSS contract.

The requesting activity states that the CPRR agreement is for chemistry and immunoassay testing; required for the daily testing of patients to assist in diagnoses. A contract will bot be awarded based on an offer received in response to this Notice; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement (with their SAM UID), proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals or offers received will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within five (5) days from the publication of this Notice, a BPA will be issued to Beckman Coulter without any further notice.
