X X X Responses due 3/30/2022, 09:00 CST The purpose of this amendment is to correct a mistake in the Statement of Work. There were originally 8 site addresses listed as places of performance for this requirement in the Statement of Work. The number of sites has been reduced to six (6) places of performance, which agrees with CLIN 1, which calls for Quarterly Air Quality Monitoring at (6) VCB facilities.
The revised Statement of Work is attached to this amendment and should replace the original Statement of Work attached to the original SF 1449 for this requirement. This revised Statement of Work hereby replaces the original Statem ent of Work.
Please submit all quotes to jennifer.stringer@va.gov NO LATER THAN 09:00 CST on 3/30/2022.
