1. Please provide square footage for all facilities and number of rooms.
A. Do not have the answer working on it.
2. What is the current number of fly lights in your locations?
A. Four (4).
3. What is the service frequency? How often and for how long is your current pest supplier on campus?
A. Jan. April., July, September and as we call for any pest problem.
4. Are bed bugs included in the scope of work? If so, how many bed bug incidents in the last year?
A. No, but as needed.
5. What was the previous awarded Solicitation Number, Date awarded and awarded value?
A. Solicitation Number VA258-16Q-0717, 10-01-2016 and $23,500.00 for base year.
6. What is the amount of hours each month the previous contractor spent on site to provide the pest services to all areas outlined within the scope of service? Does the government consider this service adequate?
A. Yes, I would guess about 3 to 4 hours.
7. How many after hours service requests at each site have then been in the past 12 months?
A. Maybe 4-5 hours.
8. What are the regular service days for these sites?
A. It depends.
9. Who is the current pest vendor? A. Watson Extermination Services, Inc.
10. What is the number of bed bug service requests at each site over the past 12 months?
A. Only time for bedbugs if a patient brings them in we don’t have patient beds.
11. Has any of the scope of service changed from this Solicitation compared to that of the last awarded contract? If so, what changed?
A. ECBOC 2400 Trawood drive suite 200, El Paso, TX. 79936 and, LCCBOC 1635 Don Roser, Las Cruces NM. 88001, Warehouse at 6B Founders, El Paso, TX 79906. Will be adding Building 116 and 117 FT. Bliss.
12. What is the total current count for rodent bait stations and fly light devices at all sites?
A. 24.
13. What was the number of termite service requests over the past 12 months?
A. Did not have termite problems.
14. What was the number of wildlife service requests over the past 12 months?
A. Wildlife none.
15. What was the number of bird service requests over the past 12 months?
A. Bird I believe 3 times (pigeon problems).
