Leasing of equipment and delivery of supplies are to be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System Laboratory, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple, TX 76504. Please see the Statement of Work in the attached RFQ document for more information.
The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability and price. Under technical includes the ability to provide all of the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work, provide a letter of authorization (if not the manufacturer) and a description of equal items, and have, at minimum, a “Satisfactory” past performance rating.
Offerors are to provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There are no addenda to this clause.
