The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 in San Antonio, hereby announces its intention to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for Starcheck detector array and Beamscan water phantom calibration services to PTW NY, a small business. The period of performance is from about 9/18/2018 to 9/17/2023 with a base year and four one-year options for a total duration of five years.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 with the size standard of $20.5 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J065.

Per FAR 5.2, this notice hereby acts as the required posting for this transaction. Should any company believe they can provide the same services, please respond with evidence that the company is able to provide the service, provide the original equipment manufacturer parts and have access to necessary passwords.
