About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notice issued by the National Contracting Office No. 16 of the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 16. The RFI seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive service and support for a Philips Azurion 7 M20 Cath Lab #2 system located at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC). The solicitation is designated as a pre-solicitation opportunity (Solicitation Number 36C25626Q1197) and is intended to gauge market interest, identify capable contractors, and assess the qualifications of potential vendors before a formal solicitation is issued.

Interested contractors must submit responses by the closing date and time specified in the announcement. The RFI requires interested parties to review all attachments provided with the notice. This pre-solicitation effort will inform the government's understanding of available vendors and their technical capabilities to support the specialized medical equipment, which may influence the structure and requirements of a subsequent formal solicitation for this service and support requirement.
