Amendment Purpose and Content: This amendment addresses questions submitted by contractors in response to the original RFQ 36C256260295 with a deadline of May 29, 2026. The government clarifies that clinicians trained in Cardiology and Electrophysiology will be included in the technical review to assess proposal compliance with requirements. While the dual-energy platform must be delivered through a single PFA catheter per the Statement of Work requirements, equal-to products meeting minimum requirements will be reviewed during technical evaluation by trained technicians. The government provides no estimated award date, stating that award determination will follow standard evaluation procedures based on government findings once quotations are received. The point of contact is Contract Specialist Eugene Jackson at eugene.jackson2@va.gov.
