Questions Answers

1. SAM.gov mentions July 8th as the due date. The Solicitation mentions July 5th.

The Correct Solicitation Due Date is Monday, July 8, 2024 at 2pm Central Time.

2. Is a Traffic Engineer resume and/or a Professional Engineer within a TE focused license needed for this project? In this same vein is a Mechanical Engineer resume needed for this SOW?

Yes, a Traffic Engineer and/or Professional Engineer as well as a Mechanical Engineer will be need for this project.

3. Is this solicitation only for A/E services or is it a combined construction?

This is not a call for a solicitation but for SF330 qualifications packages. Once the SF330 evaluations are completed, then the top 3 rated firms will go to the interview process. The highest rated firm will then get a notification for fee proposal and the site scoping session can be coordinated at that time in order for the highest rated firm to complete a fee proposal.
