At the bottom of page 6 of the solicitation, it states that “no installation is required”, could you please confirm because on page 35 under # 4 Quote Volume Requirements, section a. i. 2 it states the opposite: namely that “Contractor shall deliver and install product in accordance with the delivery schedule of this order”.

Q18. If the manufacturer does not have a trainer available within the time frame requested by the solicitation, will you accept remote live training done through software/platform in a video conferencing setting similar to zoom/ Teams?

Q20. On page 35 under # 4 Quote Volume Requirements, under section a. i. 1, it states that the Offerors shall submit a copy of OEM authorization with technical quote. Is this required?
A20. YES, PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OF THE
QUOTED PRODUCT.
Q21. I [want] to obtain clarification on Clause 52.225-1, Buy American. In this clause, are you stating that the company has to be based in the U.S. or be a U.S. owned company?
Our company, [ . . .] is a small business that is U.S. based, U.S. owned, and U.S.
manufacturing all out of [the United States]. And, so, my question is does the vendor have to meet all of the criteria I just mentioned?
A21. THIS REQUIREMENT IS CONCERNED WITH THE PLACE OF MANUFACTURE.
