About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for a mobile food pantry program. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System requires a contractor to provide mobile food distribution at three sites monthly, serving 70 veterans per site with 44 pounds of nutritious foods including proteins, fruits and vegetables, grains, and dairy. The contractor must transport and distribute the food using proper food safety handling procedures. The contractor will also provide tents, tables, food storage equipment and supplies for on-site food distribution and cleaning. The contractor staff must have food safety certification and present professionally. Veterans will complete a post-event satisfaction survey. Performance will be evaluated monthly based on delivering the required foods amounts to all sites on time, following all procedures, and achieving a satisfactory veteran response rate on the survey.
