The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm fixed price, non-personal services contract with Scanco USA, Inc to provide preventive maintenance and repair services on Scanco USA Xtreme Computerized Tomography equipment.

This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

The VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Houston, TX has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, software, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with performing preventative maintenance and repair services on Scanco USA, Inc equipment.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotations, or expressions of interest. However, interested parties who disagree with this action may submit a letter of interest that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition to include a rationale for why you should be considered. The Government reserves the right to vet/verify any documentation submitted with the OEM to certify its authenticity. This notice will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
