About this file
This document contains a solicitation amendment for the rental of backup generators at a Veterans Affairs medical center. The amendment provides clarification on the required generators, revising the price schedule to specify one 2000KW generator, two 1500KW generators, and one 300KW generator for the facility lift station. A six-month rental period is specified from June to November 2022 with an option to extend for three additional months. Delivery dates and locations are outlined along with a statement of work detailing installation requirements and safety protocols. Questions received from offerors are answered to further explain cable lengths, confirm this is a new requirement with no incumbent, and provide additional installation details.

In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
Below are the cable lengths for the 4 generators:
150 feet for the 2000 KW 100 feet for the 1500 KW Building 7 50 feet for the 1500 kW for Building 45
