Question: What is the historic yearly volume of surgical cases that order IOM, how many cases historically have been monitored year over year?

Answer: We have never had IONM, however below are the expected needs.

Question: What is the composition of those cases in percentages i.e. spine vs skull-based vs vascular?

Answers:

· Vascular-5 cases

· We perform an average of 230 cases per year

· Spine-172 (50% will need IONM)

· Cranial-58 (100% will need IONM)

Please note these numbers are on the low end of the estimate.

Question: What type of internet access is available in the OR suite? May we utilize your network or must we provide our own encrypted and secure hotspots? This connection facilitates the real-time connection to our interpreting physicians via secure and compliant sharing software.

Answers:

· We have wifi broadband 1GB speed.

· Vendor will be able to use our wifi to connect to their secure network

· Vendor will have to submit access request with OIT to use our network-this will be for anyone.

Question: Is there an incumbent already in place?

Answer: no

Question: If this site already offers NIMOS services, what is the average per month?

Answer: Once awarded it will be no more than 5 cases/week.

Question: I am hoping to find out if the subject effort is a new requirement or a follow-on to an existing contract? If the latter, can I please find out the incumbent contractor's name and contract number?

Answer: This is a new requirement.
