McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital (JLM), located at 4300 W 7th St., Little Rock, AR has a requirement for a contractor to provide commissioning and startup of the supervisor control and data acquisition (SCADA). This project includes the 4 remote control units located at Sites 1-4 as well as 2 weather stations and mod hopper remote communication devices for the DC combiner boxes located throughout the parking structures. JLM is a part Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) which also includes the Fort Roots campus in North Little Rock, AR.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, superintendence, transportation, and shall do all that which is necessary to the satisfactory and timely performance in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall have a minimum of five years performing installation, repairs, maintaining, commissioning Solar PV data collection systems to include SCADA/DMS. The contractor shall adhere to these requirements in accordance with (IAW) all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications of this SOW, local, state, federal and VHA regulations. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about Monday June 01, 2020 which will contain the specific instructions and requirements.
The solicitation will be issued as a 100%, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 811219, with a size standard of $22M. The response due date of this solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award.
