About this file
This document contains a small business subcontracting plan template and information about a related federal contract opportunity for community nursing home services. The subcontracting plan template provides two options for offerors: attaching a plan separately addressing subcontracting with various small business categories, or certifying that there are no subcontracting possibilities.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide community nursing home services for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. The solicitation will be full and open competition and result in multiple awards under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Services will be for the catchment area including Angelina, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Jefferson, Montgomery, and Walker counties in Texas. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around April 28, 2020.
