About this file

This document is an Addenda #1 Questions and Answers (Q&A) for RFQ 36C25525Q0215 related to Underground Storage Tank Inspections for the St. Louis VA Medical Center. The Q&A addresses three specific clarifications: (1) the contract ceiling of $57,960.00 is based on past contract costs and subject to change, (2) triennial spill bucket hydro testing will be conducted on the initial year and then every three years (despite contract showing annual entries with zero quantity), and (3) labor calculations involve 3 inspectors working 16 hours over 2 days, totaling 48 hours of labor based on previous contract practices. The document is dated March 20, 2025 and provides operational and pricing detail clarifications for potential offerors, helping to standardize understanding of the contract requirements before submission.
